KIER e-Festa 2021 최종 확정된 발표자 현황과 발표일정을 공유 드립니다.

We would like to share with you the status of the final confirmed presenters and the schedule for KIER e-Festa 2021.

가. 메타버스 발표자 교육 Metaverse Presenter Training

ㅇ 일정 Schedule

  - 한국인 학생 대상 : 12/2(목) 오후3시 ~ 오후4

    For Korean students: 12/2 (Thu) 3pm to 4pm

  - 외국인 학생 대상 : 12/2(목) 오후4시 ~ 오후5시

    For foreign students: 12/2 (Thu) 4pm to 5pm

ㅇ 장소 : 메타버스 -> 한국에너지기술연구원 e-Festa 2021 -> Oral1. Hydrogen Energy

   Venue: Metaverse -> Korea Institute of Energy Research e-Festa 2021 -> Oral1. Hydrogen Energy

ㅇ 내용 : 발표자 메타버스 사용 방법 등(* 매뉴얼 사전 배포 예정)

   Contents: How to use the presenter's metaverse, etc. (* Manual distribution scheduled)

ㅇ 발표연습 : 12/2(목) ~ 12/6(월) 메타버스 공간에서 개별적으로 발표연습 가능

   Presentation practice: 12/2 (Thu) ~ 12/6 (Mon) Individual presentation practice is possible in the metaverse space

  - 교육참석 및 실습을 위해서는 아래 VSTORY 홈페이지에서 프로그램 설치 -> 회원가입후 교육에 참석 해주세요

나. 학술제 개요 KEIR e-Festa 2021 Overview

ㅇ 일정 : 12/7(화)

    Schedule: 12/7 (Tuesday)

ㅇ 장소 : 메타 버스 VSTORY

   Venue: Metaverse VSTORY

ㅇ 행사순서 Event order

  - 09시 ~ 10시 : 식전행사 이벤트(* 참석자 선물)

    9:00 ~ 10:00 : Pre-ceremonial event (* present for attendees)

  - 10시 ~ 16시 : 발표 및 평가

    10:00 ~ 16:00: Presentation and evaluation

    * 오럴 발표 및 평가 3개 세션 별 진행

      Oral presentation and evaluation in 3 sessions

    * 포스터 발표 및 평가 13시 ~ 15시 평가위원 포스터 부스 방문 평가(** 발표자 반드시 참석 하여 발표)

      Poster presentation and evaluation 13:00 ~ 15:00 Evaluator visits the poster booth for evaluation (** On-site presenters must attend and present)

  - 16시 : 평가 결과 발표 및 경품 추첨

     16:00: Announcement of evaluation results and lottery

ㅇ 경품추첨 : 행사 중간, 종료 경품 진행

   Prize lottery: Event middle, and end prizes

ㅇ 베스트 포토상 : 동료들과 메타버스에서 만자 캡처한 사진을 게시판에 올려주세요 선물을 드립니다.

    Best Photo Award: Post a picture of the swastika captured in Metaverse with your colleagues on the bulletin board. We will give you a present.

ㅇ 시상식 : 12/8(수) 오전 10시, 행정동 3층 대회의실

   Awards Ceremony: 12/8 (Wed) 10:00 am, 3rd floor conference room in the administrative building

다. 발표자 기타 안내 Presenter Guidance etc

ㅇ 오럴 발표자는 당일 발표자료를 직접 업로드하여 발표

   Oral presenters upload their presentation materials on the day

ㅇ 포스터 발표자는 제출한 발표자료를 1차 KIER SCHOOL에서 업로드 -> 학술제 전까지 개별 메타버스 POSTER session 접속하여 수정 및 보완 가능

    Poster presentation: Upload the submitted presentation material by KIER SCHOOL -> After that, you can access the individual metaverse POSTER session before the academic festival to modify and supplement

ㅇ 오럴 발표자는 원내 회의실에 발표 가능(*회의실에 발표하기를 희망하는 자는 11/30(화)까지 메일로 신청해주세요 mcc@kier.re.kr)

   Oral presenters can present in the conference room in KIER(* Those who wish to present in the conference room, please apply by e-mail by 11/30 (Tuesday) mcc@kier.re.kr)

ㅇ 발표자 마이크가 필요한 경우 KIER SCHOOL에서 빌려드립니다.(*20개 구비)

   If you need a presenter's microphone, KIER SCHOOL will lend it to you. (*20 available)

ㅇ KIER e-Festa 2021는 KIER 구성원외에도 참석이 가능하오니 국내외 관심있는 분들(친구, 동료, 교수)에게 행사를 안내해주세요

    KIER e-Festa 2021 can be attended by other than KIER members. Interested people at home and abroad (friends, colleagues, professors) can be invited
