□ The role of the Ombudsperson

  ㅇ Identify and check member complaints, such as unreasonable academic operation of schools and campuses or violations of research ethics

  ㅇ Investigation and follow-up management of cases of violation of the rights of teachers or students

  ㅇ Review and feedback on the fidelity of lectures, syllabus, and field research reports

  ㅇ Review the results of lecture evaluation and other satisfaction surveys and draw improvements

  ㅇ Participate in a meeting with the ombudsperson of other schools/campus and officials from the university headquarters to suggest development plans and request system improvement (scheduled to be held semi-annually)
