13What are the cases where course students are recognized as students under a full-time system?
It is the case where it is admitted that there is no class and it is the case of students with completion registration. “No class” does not include online classes or night classes. However, in the case of the thesis guidance class where only credits are granted without taking real classes, it is recognized as “No class.” Moreover, since there are no classes during the vacation period, you can change to a full-time system.

12How can I change the working hours?
You can change the working hours through the application for working hours change under the working hours application menu of the administrative support system. From Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 17:30, course students can set 21 hours per week, and students who completed the course can set 28 hours per week. When applying for or changing working hours, you must set the consecutive hour. It is essential to apply for it on a monthly basis, two weeks before the event.

11I want to go on a business trip, but the system indicates that my working hours are not sufficient. What measures can be taken?
If you did not apply for working hours on the day you want to go on a business trip, or for a business trip within the jurisdiction, if you informed your business trip schedule out of the working hours, the information of insufficient working hours will be notified. In this case, you must adjust the working hours through the application for working hours change.

9I would like to change the person in charge of my training. Is it possible?
It is possible if one of the following cases applies to you. However, after the change, the person in charge of your training must meet qualifications.
1. When the person in charge of training has taken a leave of absence or retired due to the reasons stipulated in Articles 41 to 45 of the Personnel Regulations
2. When the person in charge of training takes the training course according to Article 14 of the Education and Training Operation Methods
3. When the person in charge of training determines that it is necessary for thesis guidance, and requests the HR Department to change the person in charge of training. However, except when 6 months have not passed since the initial training start date or after changing to another person in charge

8Can I continue working as a student researcher after working in the Research Center on a daily basis?
No. you can’t. In the Research Center, training positions are separately managed by policy, and are distinguished from general employees.

7I have been accepted as a student researcher. Can I start working as a student researcher even before the semester begins?
Yes, you can. In order for the student researchers to adapt to the Research Center and participate in the project in a smooth manner, the student researchers may sign a labor contract from one month before enrollment, but this is limited to aspirants out of new students (consent from the person in charge of training is required).

No, you cannot. We do not receive application documents by email to comply with the fair employment process.

5What should I do if issuance of certificate of expected graduation is not possible because it is not during the issuance period?
In this case, instead of the certificate of expected graduation, you can submit 1. Enrollment certificate, 2. Documents proving graduation requirements (credits obtained). Homepage capture image is also allowed. 3. Documents proving accomplishment of graduation requirements (credits, transcript).
