A research team led by Dr. Lee Seung-bok and Hong Jong-eun of the High Temperature Energy Conversion Laboratory of Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) developed a cathode manufacturing technology that reduces the process time to 1/5 compared to the wet infiltration process while keeping the performance and durability of the solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC).

The findings of the research were published in the Journal of Energy Chemistry (IF 9.676), which is a prestigious academic journal in the field of chemistry.
