Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) delivered 1,000 copies of the Theory and Practicum for On-Site Inspection on House Energy Performance (worth KRW 16,800,000) to the Korea Energy Foundation on June 30 (Thur.).

The institute published a book that covers the machine equipment theories, the program operation method, the on-site inspection analysis procedure, and the architectural environment required to diagnose the energy performance of buildings based on a decade of know-hows.

The books donated to the Korea Energy Foundation will be used to train constructors and house energy assessors so that they can verify the feasibility of the element technology applied before remodeling and measure the amount of energy saved following the construction.
