On July 24, Mr. Lee Nak-yon and Mr. Oh Young-hun, members of the National Assembly, visited the Jeju Global Research Center (JGRC) of the Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER, President Kim Jong-nam).

At the JGRC, Mr. Lee had a press conference and was briefed on the business status of the KIER.
After the briefing, they had a meeting with the key personnel including the KIER president and the JGRC director, followed by a visit to the center’s salinity gradient power generation research site to encourage researchers.
