The Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) has promoted Webinar (Web + Seminar) to discuss research topics of mutual interest with overseas global research institutes such as Fraunhofer in Germany, Energy Research Center in Singapore, Monash University in Australia, and CSIRO in Australia, as an effort to discover international matching funds.

In this regard, a Webinar was held on June 2 (Wednesday) with the participation of CSIRO in Australia, which has maintained a continuous network relationship, eight of our researchers, and 19 CSIRO officials. There were two sessions at this Webinar. In Session 1, the current status of R&D and international research programs of both institutions were introduced. In Session 2, there were presentations and discussions on solar power, CCUS, and green ammonia research fields.
