The researchers of the Electric Power System Research Team at The Korea Institute of Energy Research (President Kim Jong-Nam) developed a technology that can test and evaluate the performance and condition of distributed power facility using mobile equipment at the operating site.

This facility is optimized with structure and size to be directly tested and evaluated at the site, and the size of equipment and vehicle can be easily expanded for electricity storage of 30kW or higher since it is based on universal design.

In the future, KIER will secure prognosis technology based on failure type prediction technology and artificial intelligence to enable maintenance technology and field test evaluation for performance and safety of the facility by accelerating the technology development.
