On February 9 (Wed), the Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) held a ‘meeting with the head of government-funded research institutes’ where the heads of twenty-five government-funded research institutes and their stakeholders concerned including the Chairperson of the National Research Council of Science & Technology.

The meeting shared the followings: ▲ Major revisions based on the evaluation of government-funded research institutes for the year 2022, ▲ Code of research ethics for the National Research Council of Science & Technology and other research institutions under its authority, and ▲ Plans to implement convergence research projects for the year 2022. At the meeting, KISTI presented the plan to develop the partnership between government-funded research institutes and companies.
