에너지공학전공

에너지공학전공

한국에너지기술연구원은 1977년 설립된 에너지기술 분야의 국가연구기관으로서, 세계적 수준의 연구자, 교수진, 그리고 연구인프라를 확보하고 있다. KIER 캠퍼스는 수소에너지공학, 재생에너지공학, 청정에너지공학, 그리고 에너지시스템공학 등 4개 세부전공으로 구성되어 있다.  수소에너지는 그린/블루수소의 생산/저장, 연료전지(부안분원) 등이 중점영역이다. 재생에너지는 태양광, 태양열, 풍력, 해양에너지, 바이오매스, 2차전지, 인공지능 기반 자원평가 등이 중점영역이며 부안, 울산, 광주, 제주에 분원을 가지고 있다. 청정에너지는 온실가스 포집, 화석연료 청정화, CCUS 등이 중점영역이며, 에너지시스템은 융복합 시스템 최적화 및 고효율화, ICT와 AI 연계기술이 중점분야이다.  KIER 캠퍼스에서는 우수한 인프라를 바탕으로 현장실습과 인공지능을 강조한 커리큘럼으로 차세대 에너지 전문가를 양성하고 있다.

      The main research area of our lab is the development of energy materials based on highly organized porous materials. Now we are investigating metal-organic electrode materials for hybrid supercapacitor with high energy density and power density.
