Dr. Park Hyun-seol and her crew at the Fine Dust Research Department at Korea Institute of Energy Research have completed the demonstrative operation by developing back filter dust collection technology with high performance at low cost that can drastically reduce facility costs and installation area. 

* Back filter dust collector : A dust collection device with a cylindrical long handle type (diameter 150-300 mm) filter, and the dust collection efficiency is 99% or more

Complex regenerative back filter dust collection technology is a high-performance, low-cost dust collection technology that can dramatically reduce dust emission concentration compared to the previous one while allowing clean gas discharged through filters to flow into the back filter by injecting compressed air to clean.
